The principle of Vegetable Drying Machine: the pure hot air generated by hot blast stove is controlled at 35-260℃, and the heating drying and ventilation drying are adopted. The two drying and dewatering methods are carried out simultaneously, so as to strengthen the reasonable adjustment of the ventilation amount of hot air. The multi-layer drying box is turned over circularly, dried layer by layer, fully utilizes hot air, dries and dewaters quickly, and operates efficiently.

(1) The drying temperature of vegetables is generally controlled at 80-130 degrees. The articles in the vertical multi-layer drying box are dehydrated and dried layer by layer through circulation. Finally, the wet air is drained directly from the top layer. The contact time between the wet air and the articles is extremely short (5-12 seconds). At the same time, the observation holes on each layer are opened a little, and the moisture is drained layer by layer at any time. Thus, the "retting" caused by the long contact time between the wet air and the articles is completely avoided.
